June 23 -- Living in Tough Times: Having a Bad Day to Dystopian Apocalypse
Art has always helped get us through difficult times. In this presentation, MOBA explores some of the ways artists react to small and large, real and imagined disasters

These programs are co-hosted by Chillicothe Public Library District, Dunlap Public Library District, Eureka Public Library District, Lake Bluff Public Library, North Riverside Public Library, and Riverside Public Library.

Upcoming Programs

July 7 -- Dopplehangers: Intentionally or Not, they Resemble Famous People
This collection includes efforts to capture (or try to capture) the likeness of favorite entertainers, politicians, or historic figures. Some have accidentally ended up portraying faces we recognize.

July 14 -- A Visit to the MOBA Zoo
Our artists love to capture their furry, feathered, fishy friends. This sincere, original art collection includes treasured pets, exotic creatures in the wild, and animals that exist only in the artist’s imagination.
