Yoga for All on Zoom with Mather In-Person / Online

Join us as we combine mindfulness with gentle movement in this course. This on-going yoga series is designed for all folks ages 55+. Modifications are offered for ease and accessibility. Virtual class presented at the Library, or log in from home. To log in from home, register as an online participant.
