Mindful Chair Yoga In-Person

This 4-week series will combine mindfulness practices with yogic movement. Each session will begin with a pranayama breathing technique, followed by 30 minutes of gentle movement, and conclude with a brief body scan meditation. All bodies and experience levels are welcome!

Led by Tiffany Mitchenor of Mather.

Tiffany Mitchenor is a nature enthusiast, a joy activist, and a lifelong learner. She has an MFA in performing arts studies and is certified in trauma informed yoga facilitation. Prior to joining the Mather, Tiffany wore many hats as a performing artist, a sexual assault prevention educator, and a mindful movement instructor for veteran populations experiencing PTSD.
